Hi, I’m Emily – a licensed Realtor® with a background in both residential and commercial Property Management, and someone who genuinely loves helping people feel at home.
I’ve called Nanaimo home for the past 18 years, ever since I emigrated from England with my family. Like many who come to Vancouver Island, I quickly fell in love with the ocean views, friendly communities, and slower pace of life. That deep connection to the Island is something I carry into every aspect of my work.
Before stepping fully into real estate, I built a strong foundation in Property Management and customer service – experiences that taught me how to listen closely, communicate clearly, and always put people first. Whether you’re buying your very first home, relocating from afar, or looking for something that better fits your lifestyle, my approach is calm, honest, and tailored to you.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me paddleboarding on the lake, hiking forest trails, baking something from scratch, or curled up with a good book and my two cats, Pekoe and Hobnob. I also love spending time with my family, and feel incredibly lucky to live and work in such a beautiful corner of the world.
